Abstract
This interview is with Nina E. Brown of New London, P.E.I. Nina begins by telling about Elton Woodside and his airplane and growing up in French River. She then talks about her grandparents, ancestors, and family. She goes on to tell about school, L. M. Montgomery, her husband Stanley, her step grandmother, and church. Nina then talks about farming, chores and housework, churning, weaving, trading eggs, and the Sims' farm. She mentions lobster and other food, general stores, dances, Christmas, and the Halifax Explosion. Other topics mentioned are wagons, horses, foxes, milk and cream, trains, and ferries.
