James Arthur Moore was born and raised in Westmoreland, Prince Edward Island. He worked as a farmer. James also spent time looking after St. John's Anglican Church in Victoria for a number of years. James died at South Shore Villa in Crapaud, Prince Edward Island on October 15th, 2008 at the age of 93. He was the husband of Evelyn Moore, father of 2 children, grandfather of 4 children, and great grandfather of 3.
